HLS Vegetarians Events

Although operated under the SALDF, HLS Vegetarians is a social group open to anyone who enjoys vegetarian food. As our mission is simply to gather and eat, anyone can help suggest, plan, and run outings of the group.

HLS Event Ideas

  • Picnic/Barbeque
  • Outing to Grasshopper restaurant
Feel free to edit this page and add your ideas. Planning an event is often easier than you think - especially if it is a simple restaurant outing.

Summer Outposts?

As most HLS students spend their summers in other major cities, I thought it might be a good idea to organize little offshoots of the club to operate during the summer months.

  • New York City: I will be sponsoring events all summer in NYC if others are interested. As a native New Yorker, I will be happy to show everyone around the many culinary delights of the city. Possible events include Kate's Joint, Counter, Gobo, Zen Palate, Hangawi, Vatan, and Angelica's Kitchen. Don't spend the summer chowing on veggie burgers and pasta at firm outings and miss these unique vegetarian restaurants.
If others are interested in sponsoring an outing or two in other cities, edit this page and add your interest.
