March 2, 2007 (6.30 PM): A few Harvard students are starting a Harvard Vegetarian Society! The purpose of the group is to create community between vegetarians and vegans on campus, around good food and animal advocacy issues. Lizzy's (map) (across from Border Cafe) serves dark chocolate and coffee. Lizzy's also has coffee Tofutti in large to-go containers in the fridge. Lizzy's chocolate tofutti soy cream with their peanut butter sauce (also vegan) is truly drool worthy.
Whole Foods in Central Square carries Purely Decadent soy ice cream. (The peanut butter zig zag is divine!)
